We Put Mighty Patch Original to the Test

One of the main functions of Mighty Patch is its ability to absorb gunk and impurities from a whitehead pimple (you can read more about how it works here). So how does Mighty Patch stack up against other hydrocolloid patches in terms of absorption?

 

In this experiment, we tested the Mighty Patch Original against three competitors to see which patches are the best at absorbing pus from pimples.

Let's get started with the experiment! 

We first dropped all 4 patches in cups of water and then left them alone for an hour:

As soon as we dropped them in, some of patches started to swell with water.

After 1 hour, we pulled out the patches to see the results.

You can see that the Mighty Patch Original (below) has absorbed so much fluid that it has doubled in size and turned an opaque white:

For comparison, here is Clearasil after an hour in water.

The final verdict? Mighty Patch absorbs more.
