Our spotlight artist for Pride month, Katie Lukes, created this exclusive tote inspired by the idea that deep down, we all want the same things (like to be loved and treated equally). By accepting and loving each other, we can connect the dots to understand one other better.

Q: What messages do you hope to convey with your art?

“I hope to convey joy and human connection - even if I've just made someone smile then I see it as a win. But even more, I hope to elicit a sense of relatability and connectedness to others through my art. Human existence is a strange, funny thing, and I want to make others feel less alone through this thing called life.”

Q: What inspires you about the LGBTQ+ community?

“Strength, bravery, resilience and community are the words that come out right away when thinking of my community. I'm so proud and honored to be a part of a community that embodies this *expansiveness* and freedom to defy limiting beliefs that exist in society.”
